Is my estimate a booking?
No. We confirm your date, requirements and final quote first.

Can I pay a deposit?
After accepting your final quote, any configured PayPal or Klarna checkout links appear. Finance availability and terms are set by the provider.
Can I tailor my event?
Yes. Add your requirements to the enquiry and we will confirm the options in your final quote.
What is included in the starting price?
Our written quote confirms all inclusions. The £395 starting rate is for 20′ × 30′ weekend marquee hire, fully erected. Furniture, matting and lighting are additional choices; the larger marquee is quoted separately.
Can I change my selections?
Yes, contact us before finalising. Changes after acceptance need to be agreed and may affect price or availability.
Does clicking a payment link confirm payment?
No. We verify receipt separately. Your booking status is confirmed by our team after the agreed requirements are met.
What happens if the plan changes?
Speak to us as soon as possible. Your quote terms explain the arrangements for changes, cancellations and any costs.
Are the gallery images actual event photographs?
The gallery reuses artwork from our original flyers. It is illustrative; your agreed menu and event setup may differ.
How much garden space do I need?
More than the canopy size alone. Anchors, ropes, entrances and circulation require space. Send photos and dimensions so we can confirm the footprint.
Do the seated capacities include a dance floor?
The 60- and 120-seat figures are subject to layout. A dance floor, bar or other equipment may reduce seated capacity.
Does the marquee we hire have centre poles?
Yes. It is a pole-supported tension marquee. Plan tables, aisles and service space around the poles; it is not a clear-span structure.
Does the marquee size include its anchoring space?
No. The stated size describes the canopy. Guy lines and stakes need additional surrounding space. We assess your ground, access and anchoring before confirming suitability.
Can it be used on any garden surface?
Suitability depends on the site and securing method. Send photographs and details of the surface, underground services and access. We confirm whether the installation is practical.
Can the marquee we hire be extended?
Our advertised sizes are fixed hire options. Expandable designs are separate manufacturer models; do not assume the marquee we hire can be lengthened. Ask us about your requirements.
